Recognize the Symptoms of Panic Attack – Bring Back Some Sanity into Your Life
When you are undergoing a panic attack, you must have realized that it can be a disruptive and an inconvenient mental condition. However, do not despair. Once you realize and become familiar with the symptoms of panic attack, you will be able to control panic attacks well.
There are many symptoms of panic attack and they can be categorized in two groups. One is the physical symptoms of panic attack and the other is the emotional symptoms of panic attack.
1) Physical Symptoms of Panic Attack
As is implied, the physical symptoms of panic attack affect you physically. You can tell that you are suffering from a panic attack when your breathing becomes inconsistent, when your heart beats irregularly and at a fast pace and when you feel a tightness around your throat and chest. However, once you manage to single out your physical symptoms of physical attack, you can start to control panic attacks.
2) Emotional Symptoms of Panic Attack
Panic attacks or anxiety attacks is also a type of mental condition. And as such, they can affect you mentally. Here are some of the emotional symptoms of panic attack. When you feel uncomfortable being in small and enclosed places, when you feel dizzy spells coming on, when you have obsessive worries and harbor negative thoughts and when you experience an overwhelming fear, then you can be sure that you are suffering from an anxiety attack.
Panic attacks can affect your life whether you realize it or not. Therefore, it is imperative that you learn to control panic attacks. This is possible when you have learned to figure out the symptoms of panic attack.
